    Sessions will be conducted according to the duration purchased by the customer.

    Session time generally begins at the scheduled appointment time.

    If a customer joins late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled end time unless Chattarre agrees otherwise.

    8. No Recording

    Chattarre does not record sessions.

    Customers must not record, screen-record, photograph, livestream, reproduce, or otherwise capture any part of a session without prior written consent from all parties involved.

    Any unauthorised recording may result in:

    • Immediate termination of the session;

    • Other action where reasonably necessary to protect Chattarre and its team members.

    9. Privacy and Confidentiality

    Chattarre will make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy of information shared during sessions.

    Chattarre may end or decline a session where we reasonably believe that the situation requires emergency or professional intervention beyond the scope of our services.

    11. Oracle, Energy and Spiritual Reflection Services

    Where applicable, oracle card readings, energy readings, healing-oriented discussions, or other spiritual or intuitive experiences are intended for personal reflection, entertainment, inspiration, and general insight.
